CLADDING    Nominal 19mm x 150mm machined & graded shiplap

ROOF SUPPORTS.  100mm x 50mm sawn red wood

ROOF MATERIALS  Corrugated Onduline Roof  Sheets with one clear GRP roof light fitted as standard to each stable. We also offer Onduline in other colours. Steel box profile & fibre cement roof sheets are also available.

KICK BOARDS  15mm OSB (oriented strand board) to 1220mm high (4ft) Kick boarding to eaves height is also available

DOORS           Heavy duty stable doors with vertical shiplap cladding on 75mm x 50mm framing with 400mm heavy duty galvanized scotch T hinges, weighty brenton thow bolts with elongated keeps for ease of opening/closing. Lower door is fitted with a galvanized anti-chew strip. Tack room and barn doors are manufactured to the same specification

WINDOWS   600mm x 700mm window with galvanized mesh grill and neat  ply sliding shutter to partially/fully close when required

TIMBER TREATMENT All our framing, cladding & roof timber is fully pressure treated with TANALITH E fungicidal preservative.

FIXING DOWN  We bolt all our buildings directly to your concrete base using galvanized lateral straps & 12mm thru bolts (does not apply for mobile buildings)

GUTTERING & DOWNPIPES  112mm half round black guttering fitted to stable front as standard(rear guttering available on request)

All our framing, cladding & roof timber is carefully selcted red wood from sustainable sources.
